5 Healthy Smoothies | The Easy Smoothie Guide
2 Servings per Smoothie
Chocolate Smoothie
70g x Dates (6 to 8 dates seed removed)
2 x Bananas
15g x Cocoa Powder
300ml x Milk
Virgin Piña Colada Smoothie
250g x Pineapple Chunks
400ml x Coconut Milk
Juice of 1 Lime
Handful of Ice Cubes
Sweeten to taste with Honey or Maple Syrup
Strawberry & Oat Smoothie
150g x Strawberries
1 x Banana
20g x Oats
60g x Greek Yoghurt
300g x Milk
Sweeten to taste with Honey or Maple Syrup
Green Kiwi Smoothie
3 x Kiwi Fruit (peeled & roughly chopped)
25g x Baby Spinach
1 x Banana
1/2 x Avocado (roughly chopped)
Juice of 1 Lime
300ml x Milk
Sweeten to taste with Honey or Maple Syrup
Mixed Berry Smoothie
150g x Mixed Berries
1 x Banana
60g x Greek Yoghurt
200ml x Cranberry Juice
100ml x Milk
Sweeten to taste with Honey or Maple Syrup
Method
Prepare any fruit by deseeding, peeling and chopping if needed and then simply blend the ingredients together for your chosen smoothie until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup.
Notes: Almond milk, Oat milk, soy milk, Coconut milk and Cow's milk all work really well for these recipes.
