60g x Greek Yoghurt
200ml x Milk
25g x Runny Honey

1 x Rip Mango (cut into large dice)
1 x Banana
200ml x Orange Juice
Lemon & Blueberry Smoothie
150g x Frozen Blueberries
1 x Banana
Juice of 1 Lemon
200ml x Almond Milk
10g x Honey
Chocolate & Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 x Banana
10g x Cocoa Powder
70g Peanut Butter
200ml x Milk
Honey to taste
Super Green Smoothie
40g x Baby Spinach
1 x Banana
130g x Cucumber (diced)
50g x Greek Yoghurt
6 to 8 x Mint leaves
